The following are the details of the Return Policy applicable for items sold by SSSPLTD.com
SSS will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer arising due to erroneous input by the Customers. The Customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
If the payment has been received by SSSpltd.com and the order could not be fulfilled then a refund may be initiated by SSS.
If the payment has been received by the receiving bank but transaction ID could not be generated (SSS account not credited) then we may try to get the payment approved by the bank however if not then a refund may be initiated by the bank and Saraogi Super Sales Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for the refund.
All shipments handed over to Transport for delivery, a transport slip/challan with details will be provided to the consignee and liability of the shipment will rest with the receiver or buyer from that point onwards and shipment will be considered as completed by Saraogi Super Sales Pvt. Ltd.
All refunds are at the sole discretion of Saraogi Super Sales Pvt. Ltd.
